Dependant on your requirements we can ensure that your machine is dismantled in the most appropriate and cost effective way. If you require your machine to be broken into larger sections for ease of re-assembly or for it to be dismantled into smaller components to maximise transportation space, we can look after it for you.

Machinery Relocation

TF Export Services offer a full relocation service. We can dismantle, pack, arrange appropriate transportation and assemble at the other end. If your relocation requirements are different, we can assess your company’s needs.

Machinery Installation

Irrespective of the size or type of machinery we can provide the best solution to get you machine up and running in the shortest possible time. Where a standard solution doesn't exist we approach the installation on an individual basis and deliver a bespoke installation service for your machinery.

Machinery Line and Levelling

To ensure machinery runs with minimum wear to components such as bearings and shaft linkages we ensure that all machinery installed is correctly lined and levelled prior to proceeding with the complete installation of your machine. We have provided this service for a number of clients to ensure their machinery is installed in an optimum way.

On Site Packing

If you need to move a machine and/or components we can fabricate bespoke packing cases to ensure your machine/components arrive at the other end intact. We understand and address the fine balance between ensuring the machine/components are secured in the best way and keeping the costs to a minimum.

Container Packing

Should you require us to fully manage the relocation of your machinery or just to pack it, we have a vast amount of experience when it comes to container packing. We will ensure that irrespective of the size of the container, the load will be professionally secured to avoid damage in transit whilst also addressing the need to maximise space.
